Is being single all that bad? Are we singletons suppose to feel bad about not having a partner in life? Does that give people the right to assume that we are not interested in being married, we are too caught up with work, we are confused with our sexuality...etc. These are only some of the comments ive heard people make about the singletons. Why?
Why is it a sin to not have a life partner or a fiance? Why?
I personally havent found the right person. Better still, all the right people ive met are always taken by another desperate female not wanting to be single because it is oh so bad to be single. Ok no, it's not fair for me to make that statement but really...
Everyone has requirements; tall, thin, fat fit, slim, fair, dark, etc. It is perfectly ok to find a partner who meets these requirements. I mean of course don't intend on finding one who meets 10/10 of these requirements but 5/10 is legal.
Rather i think it is commendable tha some of us singletons actually would wait till we get the right one to be made as a life partner, because it shows the importance we place on the marriage institution. It's not just settling for the sake of settling.
So, long live the singletons, go find for that guy/gal that is meant for you. Dont be disheartened by what people say. marriage is alife long commitment. You don't want to be an older man pining for a young girl's attention or an older woman looking for the energy of a younger man. So, go find the best!.
